Patient Experience Assistant Role Guide
As Dr. Gabi’s right hand, you’ll coordinate the complete patient experience from consultation through treatment completion, ensuring every interaction reflects Primary’s commitment to integrative, functional care.
At Primary, the word “integrative” is more than just part of our name—it’s the foundation of our entire approach. We believe that truly exceptional patient care can only be delivered when every aspect of the practice works together as a cohesive whole. This integration happens at multiple levels:

- Integration of all team members working together toward a common purpose
This is why we require every team member, regardless of their specific role, to understand all functions of our practice.
